Hye...now I wanna share the pizza recipe... I just learned how to make it from Martha Stewart's page...
After that, Im not really remember the measurement of the pizza's ingredient...
So...I just put it, put that, put whatever and just follow my mind...
And also the topping, I just put whatever I had in my kitchen at that time...
But...Alhamdulillah, those pizzas are still delicious...
Firstly, sorry because I forgot to take any picture of them all...I just snap the picture of the last products...
Now, lets look for the ingredients to make the dough...
Here we are
Quick Basic Pizza Dough Recipe
- 4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1-2 tsp of instant yeast
- 2 tsp of superfine salt ( because I don't like too much salty food, I just put 1 tsp )
- 1 tbsp of castor sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water
- 1/2 cup of olive oil ( it supposed to be 1/4, but because I love the taste of olive oil, I put it 1/2 ) - plus more for bowl and brushing
- Put the lukewarm water into a bowl, then put the yeast...and also the castor sugar...
- After it began foamy, about 5 minutes...pour it into a mixer bowl with flour in it...mix it together by using mixer with hook...
- Does it looks like...er...what we call it...I don't remember it but we'll see like it being crumb...
so we put olive oil... - Mix it until it looks smooth...
- And lastly put the superfine salt...mix it...
- Place it into a bowl ( make sure you grease the bowl first before you put the dough in it )
- Rest it bout an hour...whoap! Don't forget to wrap it!
- Olive oil ( as much as you want ) - I use about...1/3 cup of it...
- Holland onions ( as much as you want ) - I took just a super big holland onion - diced
- Garlic ( bout 2-3 cloves of garlic...i guess ) - crushed
- Puree tomato ( about 5-6 tbsp ) - because I love the taste of it
- Additional sauce ( bout 2 1/2 cups ) - I use SOS PENCICAH made from Kelantan
- Ground beef ( 1 packet )
- Button mushroom ( 1 can ) - diced
- Grated carrot ( as mush as you want )
- Salt
- Mixed herbs OR origano OR basil ( i use basil )
- Heat the pan fisrt...
- Put the olive oil...
- Saute the Holland onions and garlic...until it turning yellowish...
- Then put the puree tomato and additional sauce...
- After a minute, put the ground beef ( chop it fisrt to make it easily *crush...*is that the correct word to use? Er, sorry...broken English )
- Then, if it looks dry, pour about a half cup or a cup or water...
- Next, put the grated carrot...button mushroom...
- Put the salt...
- Laaastlyyy, put the herbs...use your tongue to taste either you like the taste or not...if yes, yeah! We're same...but if not...sorry, we don't have the same taste instead...
